• As each piece is hand-crafted, processing times may vary slightly  
• Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays  

Shipping & Delivery  

• Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location  
• Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout  
• Please note that delays may occur due to carrier issues or high demand  

Shipping Confirmation  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.  

Incorrect Shipping Information  

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Avelune Moon is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  

Lost or Delayed Packages  

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Avelune Moon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
