At Avelune Moon, each piece is thoughtfully hand-crafted with care and intention. We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to assist you if needed.  

Returns & Exchanges  

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:  

• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery  
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition  
• Original packaging is preferred when returning an item  

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide you with the next steps to complete the process.  

Damaged or Incorrect Orders  

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item.
